Our Story
We started Loco Hermanos in 2012. Two best friends, practically brothers, who’ve known each other since childhood.
We grew up right here in Louisville, CO - riding bikes, skating the streets, hanging out at 7-Eleven, and spending time with friends and family. Now we’re raising our own family in the same community that raised us.
Loco Hermanos is an extension of that life. It’s not a brand story. It’s just our story.
Why We Exist
In a world of fast food and faceless chains, we’re holding space for something real. Too many places feel transactional.
Too many local spots are disappearing. We missed the kind of place where you know the staff, run into familiar faces, and feel part of something. We’re proud that we built exactly that, organically from the ground up.
Our People
Our employees are family. Some have slept on our floors. Our lead cook has been with us since day three, and we even named a burrito after him: The Elmeezie.
Our regulars know him by name. And if you come in more than once, we’ll probably know yours too.
Our Food
We are serious about the food we serve.
We use the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on — wild fish, real ribeye for our steak, local chorizo, and the freshest produce we can find.
Just great food, made with care.
Our Community
We’re here to give our community a place to gather. No gimmicks. No corporate polish.
Just a place where people feel connected, seen, and welcomed.
Whether you’re popping in for a quick burrito, bringing the fam after a game, or just need a spot to land for a bit, we got you.
The Heart of It
We’re proud to be part of this neighborhood. And we’re here for the long haul.
Where food is fuel, yes, but also a reason to stay, to talk, to connect.
We’re not just feeding people.
We’re keeping the soul of this community alive.
